We know it can be difficult to know what to do when it comes to healthy snacks for your children, so we have a few tips to help you.
You could try:
- raw vegetable sticks, such as cucumber and carrots.
- a piece of fruit
- a plain unsweetened yoghurt with a sliced banana in it
- a slice of toast with cheese or peanut butter
- a bowl of unsweetened cereal with pasteurised whole milk
